Sales/Retail Success Coordinator
As a Sales/Retail Success Coordinator, you will play an essential role in ensuring that the Retail Success Team delights clients who are using our web and mobile applications. You'll work hand-in-hand with cross-functional JOOR Teams to build and improve processes to support our web users, give input on new features for our platform as we scale, and forge long-term relationships with Retail clients. You will also be responsible for driving revenue by generating leads for new prospective partnerships for the Retail team.
