Product Manager - NEW YORK

What You'll Do:

  • Lead a team and disseminate responsibilities amongst them, ensuring new members are brought up to speed quickly
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment between internal teams on plans, execution, and messaging
  • Determine KPIs with the team, and then consistently AB test and evaluate data to improve adoption metrics
  • Plan and coordinate the many moving pieces of our tech sprints, ensuring all stakeholders are informed about product changes
  • Execute on Jira tickets by effectively prioritizing issues and researching product challenges

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-4 years experience in Product Management, Engineering, Data Science or Analytics at a startup or comparable fast-paced company (required)*
  • Experience managing the day to day tasks of junior team members and coaching them to improve their skillsets
  • Experience planning releases and working on many different types of projects at once
  • Experience using Balsamiq, Photoshop, and/or other wireframing/design tools
  • Experience using Jira or a similar project management system
  • Experience with UX/UI design
