Strategic Account Associate - NEW YORK

What You'll Do:

  • Maintain and build excellent relationships with our clients to ensure renewals
  • Train clients on how to maximize usage of the JOOR platform
  • Provide troubleshooting guidelines to support client’s use of the mobile app and website
  • Provide high level of support during peak market periods including in-person support, phone, email and chat
  • Support creation of internal and external training documentation
  • Review client feedback on the product, understand client requirements and work with internal stakeholders to help prioritize & inform the product roadmap
  • Work closely with our data team to ensure data requests from clients are being prioritized in a timely manner
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to build processes including Data Operations, Product, and Brand Customer Success
  • Manage incoming Retailer Applications daily and determine if they are a fit to join our platform
  • Support Sales team by participating in the pre and post contract discovery process to fully understand each client’s product requirements

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-3 years of, SaaS, Customer Success or Account Management experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Extremely detailed-oriented and assertive
  • Creative problem-solving skills that drive results
