Enterprise Client Manager - NEW YORK

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop a trusted relationship with key enterprise retail clients, ensuring all activities are closely aligned with the client’s business case and business strategy
  • Establish and oversee the customer's adoption, training and development of best practices to continually drive incremental value and return on the customer's investment
  • Provide troubleshooting guidelines to support client’s use of the mobile app and website
  • Understand and assess customer requirements, level of adoption of the service and corporate structure as it applies to JOOR roll out and adoption
  • Foster a sense of urgency, professionalism and execution that establishes a new level of expected customer service performance
  • Be an advocate for client feature requests and work cross functionally with our Product, QA and Data team to help move projects forward / inform the product roadmap
  • Drive increased engagement for new and existing customers
  • Strategize and identify how the team can increase renewal rates; provide insights and build dashboards to be provided to client on ROI to support contract renewal process
  • Analyze client usage, understand barriers to adoption and determine how to drive more transactions through JOOR to help reach our financial goals
  • Oversee the maintenance of training documentation to drive client self sufficiency
  • Work with the internal global retail team to build and maintain processes to build efficiencies within the organization  
  • Support sales team by running the pre and post contract discovery processes to identify platform requirements for launch

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4-6 years of relevant work experience in SaaS, B2B, Account Management or Strategy Consulting
  • 3-5+ required years of experience managing accounts or owning a book of business
  • Excellent presentation, written, and oral communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams a plus
