What You'll Do:

  • Lead scheduling for all open roles, facilitating phone, video, onsite, and remote interviews
  • Ensure hiring manager and team preparedness throughout the interview process 
  • Provide a high-touch candidate experience from first outreach through offer or decline status
  • Work closely with the Talent team to execute and improve programs to find top talent
  • Update/post job descriptions on Google Hire and other job boards as needed
  • Contribute to branding initiatives as well as employee engagement and retention efforts  

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1+ years of work experience in a recruiting coordinator role
  • Exposure to scheduling tools and advanced ATS systems a plus
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • Assertive self-starter willing to hold others accountable
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
