Who You Are:

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to help us strategically grow our global team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of scaling tech teams quickly while embodying our fun, friendly culture. You'll be working closely with internal stakeholders across all of our offices and be a critical component to creating a seamless recruiting process to help JOOR scale our technical operations.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop relationships across multiple teams, supporting hiring managers and partnering wherever needed
  • Source and hire across all teams but primarily Engineering, Product, and QA
  • Be knowledgeable about our business and be on point for HR related questions (i.e. benefits, comp, etc).
  • Identify and attend networking events, meetups, etc. to spread JOOR's presence
  • Improve upon existing programs and develop innovative strategies around finding future team members
  • Showcase your passion for the industry. That means intimate knowledge about market, target companies and relationships in open source networks.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting  
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills 
  • Spanish and English fluency, both verbal and written
